What will it be like?

We value our worship gatherings because it is the weekly time our community comes together to worship who Jesus is and celebrate what He has done in our life. A normal worship time will include: four or five songs led by a worship band, times of prayer and scripture reading, communion for believers, and a time of preaching through the bible. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to join us for our worship gatherings.

What do I wear?

We join Jesus in caring more about your heart than your outward appearance. At our gatherings you will see anywhere from shorts and a t-shirt to dress slacks and a jacket; but the majority of people come casual in jeans and a shirt for men and jeans/casual dresses for the ladies.

What about my kids?

We believe in investing in families and future generations. We invite all kids from birth to Kindergarten to be part of UrbanKids. In UrbanKids we teach deep theological truths and applicable virtues so that our children will know what part of God’s ultimate wonder they are. UrbanKids exists to give children a solid Biblical worldview of a Heavenly Father, Jesus as their Savior and the Holy Spirit as their comforter. Each week the children will sing songs relevant to the weekly Bible story and use their creativity in activities that relate to memorizing Scripture and Story.

We welcome 1st-5th Graders to join our worship gathering with their parents for the music portion of our worship service. Before the message we will dismiss the school-aged children to join UrbanKids for a time of Story & music geared for their age. We believe in families growing together and the parents being the spiritual leaders in their children’s lives. The children will receive a monthly family worship guide that will empower the parents to lead their children spiritually throughout the week.
